Fairfield Lake State Park July 24 – 26, 2020
Fairfield Lake State Park123 State Hwy Rd P64, Fairfield, TX 75840, USA

Bring you swim suits and fishing gear, canoes and kayaks. This state park is nestled in woods on the shores of a beautiful lake. (Note that one does not need a fishing license to fish in a State Park in Texas). HOTC will be camping at this hidden gem for the first time. It is 116 miles from downtown Fort Worth, southeast of Corsicana. GPS Coordinates are Latitude: 31.765346 – Longitude: -96.073282.

There is a daily park fee of $4 plus a daily RV site fee of $20. Instead of our traditional potluck gatherings, everyone should bring their own meals and utensils for the outdoor evening gatherings. A fishing tournament will also take place with prizes for the biggest fish, most fish and ugliest fish. Rally Hosts are Susan and John Coppedge, who have camped here before and say it is a great new place for HOTC to discover.

Reserve your spot today by phone: (512) 389-8900 or at the Texas State Parks Reservation site. Ask to be in the Cook’s Ferry loop at site between #66 and #88.
