It is always fun camping at our favorite spot at the  LBJ National Grasslands.  The weekend started off cold, wet and windy so instead of our normal wagon wheel trailer configuration we created a trailer maze! By noon Saturday we had  glorious boondocking weather.  HOTC Bloody Mary’s topped with goodies were sipped while we ate mini tacos, boiled shrimp, onion soufflé and Gene’s Campfire Cobbler.  Once again the Grasslands weekend proved to be a great campout.
